ABOUT THE EXPAT ARTIST -- Art by Gene is the work of Gene Wasosky, an expatriate of some 40 years. Born in the hills of Western Pennsylvania, Gene has lived most of his adult life overseas in a variety of places. His experiences in sights and sounds has colored his image of the world which he displays through his art in this collection called OUTRAGEOUS.
Gene calls himself a “colorist” and when he puts brush to paper in both watercolors and oil paintings he hopes to add some color into the life of each viewer. Hopefully too, it adds some color to the viewers black and white perception of the world.
